The Angler's Inn is situated in the middle of Lunker's, an outdoors sporting store. They have a fairly "standard" menu, with a healthy assortment of unique items, including appetizers of alligator, conch, a few game fish on the menu. Also some game features on the menu. My personal favorite being the Elk burger.
The decor is quite fun, a canopy of leaves, and spanish moss over head, with a soundtrack of various sounds of nature. They also have special ligthing that flashes in time with the sounds of rolling thunder.
The restaurant is also bordered by assored aquariums of various fish, and humor tales to go with each.
The food is quite good as are the portions and pricing.
The surrounding store can also be fun to look around as there is all manner of mounted game displays, and a very large fresh water aquarium.
I am far from any type of a sportsman, but have never been disappointed on any trip to Lunkers.
- Elk Burger: One of the finest burger's I've had. Very similar to beef. ($7)
