This is my favorite Happy Hour place. I love to go there on a Monday or wednesday when they have the hot nacho dip. They have half priced appitizers in the cantina. You have to order a drink to get the special, but it's worth it. Nothing like a couple margaritas after a long day at work.
El Toro II on Neil St. in Champaign has to be the best Mexican restaurant I have ever been to. This is real authentic Mexican food, (including their delicious fried ice cream), at a very, very affordable price. Not only are the prices affordable for that meal, you normally receive so much food that you nearly always take a box of leftovers home for another quick and tasty meal.
