This used to be one of my favs, but sadly the management and service attitude has gone downhill badly. On my past few visits, there were major problems with service. I used to be in the Hospitality business, so I tip well for good service and I consider myself understanding of waitstafff who at least are trying to serve well. That is not the case at Pelicans, service is rude, surly and patronizing. I have complained to management and even asked him to replace my server, only to be met with an Oh, I'm sure it wasn't that bad... answer. Pelicans is a cliquish place....regulars get wonderful, warm and friendly service and strangers are ignored.......STAY AWAY!!!!!!!
