When I lived in Alpine Texas the Longhorn was the best place to eat in the tri-county area. That has changed. Their serving sizes are getting smaller and their costs are going up. You no longer get a free trip to the salad bar with you dinner. The chicken fried steak was over cooked, their tea is weak. Thay are also messing up on their gravy. I do not know what happened to the longhorn in the year that I left there but today if given the choice of eatting at the Longhorn or eatting at Subway's I will now choose Subway's. Where is Jerod
