The ceiling fell in and they rerouted customers in door nearest my children and myself , it was freezing. Burnt childrens food had to return it, I ordered a three cheese omlet and received a sausage one and when the one I ordered did come the rest of the food that was suppose to come with it wasn't on the plate, the girl brought back the entire plate I had sent back and expected me to eat it after it had laid in the back with people walking around it and it had gotten cold, when I asked her did
