The ambience here leaves a lot to be desired, but the food and service are excellent. The prices are a bit high, but the quality of the ingredients used are really excellent. The beef is almost always served exactly as requested, usually very well seasoned or flavored, and I have yet to see a low-quality cut. The side dishes tend to be unimaginative, and salads are iceberg lettuce/bottled dressing. The appetizers and main dishes are the stars here. The servers tend to be very nice but unsophist
