Aside from a cool collection of new and used books, Books, Inc. has a nice little diner with seating available among the mystery, biography, and science fiction areas, so there's something to do if you're tired of jabbering with your lunching partner. They have excellent vegan dishes, wonderful Ethiopian meals, and great desserts. Thumbs up!
Pies & Pints is by far the best pizza in the area. Every other pizza place is a chain store selling standard issue pizza. But this place offers something completely different. The menu selections are worlds away from the standard pepperoni, hamburger, etc. Here you have choices like Cuban pulled pork, aioli, pesto, grape, goat cheese . . . I can't remember them all.
