Just had my first visit to the Mongolian Barbecue and boy was I pleased. Not only do you get to pick what you eat, you also get to pick the flavor of your food. They have all sorts of sauces you can pick (Sesame, Garlic, Sweent & Sour, etc.) You can choose from a medium or large bowl and many ingredients from their buffet style setting. I highly recommend this restaurant if you like Chinese type food. The price is very good for the amount of food you can get, and you can take home whatever you can't eat. The best part is the food preparation. Once you have your bowl full, you had it to their handy chefs and they cook it up on this huge round grill. It is very neat to sit and watch them work.
