Los Lupes is a local gem. While the lunch buffet is good, you really should give the full menu a chance. There are several great home recipes that are worth trying. The atmosphere is relaxed and pleasant. They have a tasty traditional chicken soup, and their mole sauce is really great. They have all the standards, but quite a few in-house specials. Their Mole-Chipotle con Pollo is not like any other. They have seven locations in the DFW area, but the Grand Prairie location is truly a gem.
