This was my first time here and one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. The server basically ignored us for about an hour and was rude when I respectfully told her we did not have our food. The restaurant was not busy and the orders were simple, it should not have taken that long. The food finally came, and was not hot. I also respectfully talked to the manager, and w/o even hearing my story, she rudely told me it had not taken that long and was not interested in anything I had to say. At this point, the server also chimed in I was wrong and rude to her. There was also another group that had experienced the same thing that was talking with the manager as well. We had a heated exchange afterwards b/c I did not appreciate being rudely talked down to and called a liar. The manager then offered to take half off, which was not good enough. We finally left w/o paying for anything but leaving the food. The whole ordeal was very low class and unprofessional. I expected better with the positive reviews on here. There was not much of a crowd for a Friday night and I wonder if it is because of habitual rude service and unprofessionalism.
