This is an amazing fresh salad. It is a robust salad that is fresh and crisp with the lightest hint of dressing to add just a little flavor. The roman leaves are bright and colorful. They are always crisp and light. It is served with bread that is lightly buttered with a pinch of garlic and parsley. This salad will make you return more and more. It is of excellent quality and never disappointing. It's a meal in itself with an explosive taste.
