It is with genuine sadness and disappointment that after 11 years of faithful patronage (a minimum of twice a week for the lunch specials) that I must now boycott my once-favorite neighborhood restaurant. Whatever management/ownership changes that went on in the past couple of years has seriously affected the service. They are consistently getting orders wrong, forgetting fortune cookies, utensils etc. Most recently they forgot to include the RICE in my order. When I went back to return the orde
