This particular Caribou Coffee (located in the Ramsey Town Center, next to Coborn's) is hands-down the best Caribou Coffee out there. My friends and even co-workers admit that we all drive past three or four other Caribou stores, just so that we can go to the good one at the Ramsey Town Center. The employees there are always smiling, know you by name, and are happy to chat with you everyday. What impresses me most, is how knowledgeable all of the people are, any employee there could tell you all you need to know about their coffee, and about all the drinks they make. It shows how much they care about their customers, and truly have a passion for their job. When a coffeeshop can make you start your day off smiling, it's worth paying the extra buck.
