Yes, this is a spin off of St. Elmos and yes they are almost adjacent to one another, but Harry and Izzy's offers a classy environment at a fraction of the St. Elmos price. Of course you will still find the shrimp cocktail atop the appetizer list and rightfully so. But you will also find a super friendly staff who caters to children and actually offers a childrens menu. I would suggest trying the french onion soup. If going there for lunch, there is no shame in ordering a burger. They are tasty.
Cool and eclectic atmosphere. Feels very upscale without the high prices to go with it. the food is just as amazing as St. Elmo's. Of course you cannot go wrong with the shrimp cocktail. Plus the location is next to Circle Center Mall which is very positive.
