When you walk into Masala, you are greeted by what I imagine is one of the most polite men on earth. The waiter was constantly looking for low drinks and came to our table twice (just the right amount) just to see if everything was going alright. The food came out in a reasonable amount of time, and the Mali Koftra was absolutely amazing - it inspired me to start cooking Indian cuisine. The menu is a bit pricey for a college student like me, but they do have a great buffet for lunch at about $10. I will definitely be heading back to Masala.
I'm not big on talking about great experiences in restraunts. However, The Fireside is a diamond in the rough.
