I have frequented The Mill a few times during the night for their live shows, and the interior has always struck me as 'nice'. When I had my meal there during the day, I was happily surprised that I got that same impression from the restaurant. The burger that I ordered was very tasty, the portion was large, but not too much. The chili, however, was borderline horrible. My eating partner offered her share to me and I declined in a hurry. The service was above satisfactory as well.
The Mill Stop is one of the great experiences of Pueblo! It is not much to look at (think 1950's diner) but the food is outstanding. Be prepared to wait on Friday night and be careful as this family run business is known to close for 2 weeks at a time for a family vacation.
