We love going for happy hour.. The appetizers are cheaper and so are the drinks. Great enviornment. Their Baby leaf spinach and their Lettuce wraps and Spinach cheese dip is great. Great cocktails.
I went to the yard house once before going to the improv club which is right across the way in the Irvine Spectrum. I had the macaroni and cheese and it was really great! I also got the french onion soup which had just the right amount of melted cheese on the top. It was great for a cold day. The atmosphere was very hip and busy, but was a little loud for my taste. It was hard to hear the people I was with. I'd like to come back here for happy hour sometime since they have so many beers. I hear from friends that they also have pretty good drinks.
I must say I didnt think I would enjoy myself as much as I did at the yard house. The list of beers was overwhelming, but a challenge. I tried all the ones that were to strong to come in full glasses. They where goood, I loved it. I was just so excited with the atmospher and variety, I didnt even notice the menu. They have equally tasty treats on the menu. Anyone who likes a good dip, the artichoke dips is GREAt!
