Serving food in the tapas tradition, Just A Taste is a fantastic Ithaca destination. Their menu offers new delicacies and old favorites like Russet potato wedges with chipotle aioli. Additionally, Just A Taste boasts a considerable wine list including flights of wine (5 tasting portions of a range of wines) and some fantastic local stock. This is absolutely one of Ithaca’s premier eateries. Definitely try the deep-fried squash blossoms before they’re gone!
