As a family with 3 children we enjoy the food at East West. However our experience today Saturday 16th for a late lunch left us with an extremely bad taste in our mouth and a decision to never return. After complaining to our server about the fact that we had waited over 36 mins and had not received our appetizer and that no one had responded to our inquiries - We were asked if we wanted to leave! - No apology, no offer to make amends - just if we wanted to leave.
