Since moving to San Antonio, I have been absolutely homesick for Vietnamese food. Then, I found Mekong Restaurant. The soup base for their pho has LOTS of flavor. But, the absolutely best part is when they have truly authentic dishes like: Bun Rieu and Mi Vit Tiem. Definitely try the Ca Hap Gung Hanh (Steamed Fish with Ginger and Scallions). You will not regret it!
