Houlihans on 95th is the best place to go after work. They have cheap drinks ALWAYS not only during certain times. Their appatizers are TO DIE FOR, I strongly recommend the Tuna Wontons and the Brushetta!! My mouth is watering just talking about them! And appetizers are only $5 during 'Happy Hour' which is during two windows of time, somwhere around 3 - 7 and then again from 10 - closing so no problem getting there on time...it is a very young and busy place so not the place to go if you want pe
