First, let me say that I love Cajun food. Whenever I go to New Orleans, I always eat at local restaurants. This is because nothing beats good ol' cajun cooking. That being said, I was a little hesitant to try a Lubbock, TX based franchise. But I was pleasantly surprised. The decor reminded me of NO, very much so. I had a shrimp Po'Boy sandwich. It tasted just like something you'd find in Baton Rouge. So spicy, literally bursting with flavor. Keep some water nearby! The service wasn't too bad either. I'd recommend the restaurant to someone who has never had cajun before, or is a big fan of it.
