FYI - Chautara is the district heaquarters for the Sindhulpalchok District in Nepal. I sat upstairs at a table overlooking State Street, I really liked the atmosphere, the music and the smell of this place. I had the Momo for an appetizer which is similar to a Chinese steamed dumpling but is served with almost a Mexican fresh salsa, delicious. I chose the salad with poppyseed dressing and the Beef Korma, both of which were outstanding. The Beef Korma consists of large chunks of very tender beef
