The Banyan Tree is the award winning signature restaurant at the newly renvated Ritz Carlton Kapalua. It features a new design incorporating a destination outdoor bar and lounge with a covered terrace with dramatic views of the Pacific Ocean, the island of Moloka'i and the Pailolo Channel. The seasonal worldly menu created by Chef Ryan Urig showcases Hawaii's abundant harvests and fresh catches. The Banyan Tree is open for dinner Tuesday through Saturday from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. For the month of May, The Banyan Tree is offering a Tasting Menu paired with five fine wines from Caymus Winery.
