Nasty. We got carryout from here the other night, and it was definitely NOT made with fresh ingredients. I'm blown away that this place gets so many good ratings... maybe all the people who had experiences like mine never made it to their computer.

DescriptionWE ate at the Bellagio 2 days ago while in Las Vegas because of a raving review we had seen on the Food Network, claiming it was the best in Vegas. They were Correct. The food was FANTASTIC! There was Chilean Sea Bass, Swordfish, Salmon, Shrimp , very large, served in a variety of ways, smoked salmon, many more fish, flank steak, lamb, a variety of sliders, a huge salad bar and another bar with wonderfully delicious and different salads, vegetables, the absolute best polenta I have ever eaten. I would love to have the recipe for that. There was a large sushi bar, soups, breads, and scrumptious desserts served extremely attractively. We arrived at 3, and we were able to see the supper menu being put out. They added King Crab Legs, quail and Prime Rib, and many other wonderful dishes. They were also very eager to please. My 3 yr old grand daughter wanted macaroni and cheese, as 3 yr olds are wont to do, but it wasn't being served till 4. One of the buffet attendants heard her and went to get her 2 dishes of it. We ate at 2 other buffets earlier in our stay and found them to be very disappointing even before we saw the Bellagio spread. They were cheaper, but the food was very disappointing and the price difference was negligible. The next time we go to Las Vegas, it will be the Bellagio all the way
