Not Your Average Joes is a great concept. Well-priced, creative American style cuisine with a fun atmosphere. The only problem is the uneven service. Over the years we've had several experiences where it's taken us over 45 minutes to get served. While the restaurant is really good for kids (big kids menu and Hoodsie cups), kids can't wait 45 minutes for food. The food itself is pretty good and the menu is large enough to satisfy all. Desserts are very good, though portions are large unless you get the small tastings option.
