    Pizza Cellar not only serves the best pizza in the Illinois Valley, but perhaps the best anywhere, I kid you not!!! I've had what is considered to be the best pizza in New York and it can't hold a candle to the Pizza Cellar!! The crust is crisp, the ingredients are all fresh & tasty (the homemade sausage is to die for), the sauce is fabulous...can't say enough about the pizza here....John is one heck of a master pizza chef!!! We always get the thin crust because that is what my husband prefers, but the thick looks really good. Ask for Sandy (waitress) she's a gem...can't say enough about her either - she goes above and beyond!!
