I've worked for Cheli, the owner of the Copper Penny, for about 3 years now. I can say that this is the only place of employment where I can be open about my sexual orientation. I like the atmosphere of the restaurant since it's got that homey feel to it. That and my co-workers and I oftentimes subconsciously put up an unintentional comedy show for the customers. Even though I get one free meal, I still think that the food is good, especially the breakfast dishes. The dinner selection could have better quality though, but it's still fairly decent nonetheless. The average prices for the breakfast items may be a bit higher than say, George Webb's, but you'll definitely get your money's worth though. I also think that Cheli could use a little more decor to spruce up the place, along w/ a little more variety in the Greek dishes offered. We have a lot of regular customers that come in because of the friendly and prompt service that we are able to provide. Overall, a wonderful dining experience in my opinion.
