This is an interesting restaurant -- as far as I can tell, it is a local chain (there are two locations), but it has a very corporate 'chain-y' feel to it. For instance, you can purchase merchandise at the store (like their bottled sauces). The food is quite good and the pulled pork is tender. They have a variety of sauces to choose from and I personally like the vinegar based sauce. My only complaint is that the meat itself doesn't have a lot of character. My guess is that in order to appeal
