My parents have retired in Columbus, TX (an adorable town) and I have the opportunity to come down every so often for a visit. I eat practically every meal at Schobels. It is the most amazing country cookin ever!!! It brings me back to my childhood - the high quality, fresh ingredients....my stomach is growling.
