the place is very convenient for westsiders and the food is decent. the best thing is really the convenience of getting dim sum without driving out to san gabriel/ monterey park. and during the week, the lunch values are pretty good. the ambience is not great. the restaurant is a bit run down and dirty looking. but like i said, the biggest advantage is the location for decent chinese dim sum.
