While I have only eaten at this restaurant once, my office orders take out from them very frequently. The restaurant is typically always busy and sometimes super crowded on weekends (I pass by here on way home everyday.) My dining experience there was overall positive. The restaurant itself has a nice dining atmosphere with non-cramped seating. It is not incredibly fancy, but nicely decorated. The building also looks pretty cool with its new-age styling. The music is soothing and just the right level so you do not have to yell over it. There is plenty of parking, which is always a huge plus here in LA. You will love not having to drive around for half an hour looking for parking before you can sit down and eat.
Now, let’s move on to the food. While dining there, for an appetizer, I shared the chicken sa-te. It was very well seasoned. I thought the coconut juice added just the right amount of sweetness. For my entree, I had the sweet and sour chicken which was quiet delicious. You do have to pay extra for your rice (around a dollar or so depending on which kind you get), which I find a bit tacky. You can get appetizers for as little as $4 ranging up to around $10. Most entrees are priced in the $8-15 range. Desserts are well worth it for their price at $3 to $5. For LA restaurants, I would rate it as an averagely priced and a most eat. Be warned that it’s not extremely formal, but fun place to go for a casual experience.
Everyone I work with loves this restaurant and I must agree. Delivery is accurate and they almost always deliver within the time frame they give you. Also, you can order online and they will call you to confirm that they got everything right! Great place for work lunches and casual business dinners.
