generally very slow service...plan to do a little shopping at REI or the other outdoor store while you're waiting for your food. Once took 25 minutes just to get soup. BUT - the food is usually worth waiting for...unique menu items, delicous salads, soups, and sandwiches and the baked goods are awesome! Unfortunately, I guess they have their bad days too though...just ordered a to go order for lunch and got back to the office to discover they forgot the avacados on my sandwich and the little min
