Definitely not the Best in St. Louis. Go to Zuzu's in Clayton and then compare. My knowledge is based on personal experiences at at least 8 Mexican restaurants in the area. Hacienda is great for social events like Cinco de Mayo or a happy hour only. I went there for Cinco de Mayo just over 2 years ago and they would not serve tequila shots, but they would serve margaritas. And they call this a Mexican restaurant.
