it's a fun place when it's crowded on the weekends, good place to hang out with friends and drink especially when they have a band - but don't expect much from the food. It is mediocre-at-best mexican food, I would honestly rank taco bell higher. no one sits inside, everyone is there for the view on the back deck - if it's not a nice day to sit outside and have a few cervasas with some friends don't bother with the Emerald Isle
