Yeah, Costco is known for excellent customer service...NOT. Their understaffed warehouses with checkout out lines that go on forever don't really exist. The fact that their return policy has been going down hill for a couple years now, because they can't keep up to their main competitor, should tell you where the cost cuting is coming from. Their prices where never that good, now their increasely bad service only serves to reinforce my decision to cancel my membership.
