Market Bar-B-Que is a family owned business established in 1946 with years of experience serving St. Louis style pit smoked ribs and chicken. The chicken and ribs are slowly smoked in a wood-burning brick pit; which, of course, is the secret to the authentic barbeque flavor. Some rib restaurants serve their ribs buried in sauce, which can hide a multitude of sins. At the Market, ribs are Au Natural because there is simply nthing to hide, however if you do prefer a little sauce for your ribs Market will provide you with a few tasty homemade choices on the side. All menu items are available for take out as well.
