We went into the restraunt about 3 months ago. We waited for 20 minutes before someone came to ask for our drink order.. When we asked why it took so long The guy said he wasn't sure if it was there table or not so that's why he hadn't came by. That's ridiculous b/c you know what tables are yours and which are not!! On top of that the guy never came back! HE WAS TO BUSY SITTING IN A BOOTH CHATTING WITH OTHER CUSTOMERS HE OBVIOUSLY KNEW THEM PERSONALLY!! We waited another 20 mintues, still no sign of the guy so we got a manager he ordered our food and brought it out... Another 20 minutes went by, still no waiter (he's chatting with the same people on and off between waiting on his other tables), our drinks were empty and needed our check. Well we got the manager again after still waiting without a sign of this guy coming back..The manager got our check we waited for the waiter to come by and get our debit card, never did so we had to get the manager once again to help us, and we ended up not paying because the manager was nice enough to comp the meal, but it was still really aggravating. I've had better service at Waffle Hut! On top of that we went in the other day and we were missing half of the stuff we ordered (curbside 2 go) We realized it once we got home, so needless to say i probably won't go back this time. It's just absolutely ridiculous!!!
