STUCK IN A 90's TIME WARP?-HAVE THEY GOTTEN LAZY?: I had dined here for the first time in several years after spending much of my 20's perched on the bar during the early to mid 90's-I have since moved to NY and was looking forward to returning to the scene of the crime of my youth-I was pretty dissapointed in the place-First off, the menu seemed the same, as did the wine list-The service was ok, but the waiter seemed too laid back for the type of restaraunt this is supposed to be-Also, my rosy
