Costanera, Montclair's hip, new restaurant, offers authentic and bold Peruvian Cuisine in a warm, casual atmosphere. The restaurant's owner and executive chef, Juan Andres Placencia, is a formally-trained chef who creates dishes with only the freshest, high-quality ingredients prepared with refined, elevated cooking techniques. Located in the heart of Montclair, Costanera is open for dinner six days a week and will open soon for lunch and brunch.
