I have been going to eat at Drunken Jack's Restaurant ever since I was two years old. The entire staff and management have always been so pleasant and good to me and the quality of service is just excellent. Every time I am in Murrells Inlet I always choose to go to Drunken Jack's over any place else; I strongly recommend Theo's Trio off the lunch menu, the She Crab Soup as an appetizer, the delicious World Famous Hushpuppies with honey butter - anytime, the cold boiled Shrimp Platter, the Combination Platter, or if you are not so much a seafood lover - the Filet Mignon for dinner, the sinfully-delectable, chocolatey Black Joke Pie for dessert - make sure to take a slice for the road and my personal favorite beverage since I was two - the Kiddie Cocktail (Red-Shirley Temple). The bar located downstairs has an extensive selection of premium wines, specialty drinks, cocktails, beers, liquors and liqueurs: there is definitely something to fit everyone's own unique taste. The atmosphere is always light, warm, inviting and friendly and the live music is always a plus. The restaurant not only always has impeccably clean facilities and grounds, but the vast view of the inlet is to die for! For myself, Drunken Jack's is like a home away from home - I always feel comfort in knowing when I am there and in whatever I order - I will always be more than satisfied. So, if you really love good food and are ever in Murrells Inlet, the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina", go dine at Drunken Jack's. I promise you won't be disappointed.
I Ate:
