As someone who currently lives in Beloit, WI, Imperial Palace is the best chinese place in the area. The food, service, and prices are all great. Everytime i have been there, it has been really empty, so you never have to wait. They offer carry out, which is what most of their customers do, but unfortunately no delivery. The monogolian beef is particularly good. If you are in need of some quality chinese food, this is the place for you.
