If you feel like forgoing the big chain mexican restaurants and are looking for a fun little spot with good food and a great atmosphere, check out Juan's. Their Mid-City location has all the great food of their Uptown spot but with lots of parking and minimal crowds. Unique spins on classic dishes liven the menu. Don't forget to top it off with one of Juan's fabulous margaritas. I enjoyed a quick and delicious enchilada lunch with a truly unique ranchero style sauce and some of the best beans I've ever sampled.
This place is always crowded but definitely worth the wait. The food is delicious and it is soooo cheap! The restaurant is very small and you almost feel packed in there, but it is worth it. I love the fajitas and they are the best ones I have found in New Orleans. I would definitely go there again, and soon!
Absolutely delicious restaurant. Great variety of items. I had the chicken Burrito and it was one of the best I ever had.
The prices are a little steep but you are paying for quality.
The staff is very friends, and the environment very clean.
