Luigi's in Culpeper is a real delight. My work had me spend many days in Italy and I totally fell in love with the Italian cuisene. That is the great thing about Luigi's, it isn't fast food, it isn't chain food, it isn't Americanized. It is real to goodness Italian food. Don't be surprised when Luigi himself makes his way to your table to be sure that everything is OK.
