For all those standing in line at Port of Call a few blocks away... walk down to Frenchman and try Snug Harbor. Huge, perfectly cooked burgers with all the toppings – including shredded cheddar cheese – on freshly baked buns. Don't miss the stuffed baked potato side. Try it loaded with bacon, cheese, sour cream, green onion and sauteed mushrooms. The rest of the menu looks great, but I can't seem to get past the burger and order anything else. Come for dinner and stay for the music as Snug Harbor also features one of New Orleans' best, most intimate jazz clubs.
I have been there many times and it use to be good, but the last few times i have been there, they would only have 1 or 2 pizzas up and then when they get more better push and shove cause you might get one. The salad bar is always so messy, lettuce in the ranch, or olives in the carrots, even got a dirty dish. The bathrooms are nasty. one thing you pay for what you get.
