The Adobe Cafe is all-around the best Southwestern place in the Philadelphia area. I think it was just actually voted the best in that category (and not by a certain local, biased magazine). The portions are huge and you get more than your moneys worth, and they have several nightly specials including a Monday / Tuesday night $30 dinner and drinks special. It is a hidden gem tucked into the heart of Roxborough. I go at least once a week and never have to search for parking or wait to be seated.
