About Agua Dulce

Agua Dulce serves Pan-Latin cuisine incorporating an abundance of flavors from all Latin regions including the Caribbean, Central and South America. Agua Dulce translates from Spanish 'Fresh Water' - evoking the mood of an oasis - a place where people congregate, mingle and rejuvenate themselves. Agua Dulce is serving their own fresh, filtered, infused flavored waters by carafe and serving their own charcoal filtered waters available in flat and sparkling varieties. Agua Dulce's interior, designed by Peter Sibilia and Damien Vizuete, is sunny and chic where diners will be transported to the 1950s Latin Riviera. The space features multiple dining environments on two floors and plenty of outside dining and fresh air. The kitchen is open & airy, where Executive Chef Ulrich A. Sterling demonstrates his expertise in fresh interpretations of classic Latin dishes. Dinner highlights are Salmon Citrus Ceviche, Yellowfin Tuna Tiradito, Smoked Tea Braised Beef Short Rib, and Moqueca Mixta.

But not perfect. The pork buns were fine, the steak was delicious. Ordered yuca fries and never got them. Has potential and will try it again. Feels like Miami though, so if you need a mini vacation this could be your spot.

    I Ate:

    • Agave Flower Margarita: Good ($14)
    • Pork Buns: Good ($9)
    • Steak Skewers: Delicious ($8)

So... Recently, traveling I ate at Agua Dulce in NYC. So I am orginally from Dallas however previously been to New York a number of instances. My partner and I adore the great number of eating places. Wait staff at this particular restaurant was extremely great! The food was exceptional. Now the level of quality as well as quantity of food was great. Even though no true issues. Also was to see a NYC dining place without having a lot of demeanor. I'm a enormous lover of the place. We will certainly be back soon.
