First time at Aureole yesterday. Took some clients there for lunch. The service was impeccable. We sat down and the sommelier was incredibly knowledgeable on wines. He really knew his stuff, we were in the mood for a cotes du rhone and we got a fabulous bottle. For lunch all our dishes were delicious, there were no complaints from any of us on the food. The pork belly sliders (sinful), the burger (juicy and delectable), the white pudding (wow). They were kind enough to let us sit there between the lunch and dinner hours (when they were officially closed) to let us work. highly recommended.
I Ate:
- Mussel Bisque: Delectable ($15)
- Burger: Juicy and perfectly cooked ($19)

So let me begin with mentioning I typically do not review restos. Let me just say I am a serious foodie. Where to begin? Recently, on a business trip I visited Aureole in New York. I happen to be from New Jersey though have actually been to Manhattan a bunch of times. My partner and I adore the great number of eating places. I discovered Aureole to be stylish all the way up, through the decor through the presentation. Everyone at this particular restaurant was incredibly pleasant! The dining room is clean and somewhat lovely. The service was excellent. Amazing food! The price was just what we all estimated though maybe a couple of bucks overly pricey. Also was to visit a NYC restaurant with out a lot of attitude.
