Off the Menu

his first Peruvian restaurant, to open next month in partnership with Jaime Pesaque, a restaurateur in Lima, Peru. It will have a central ceviche bar and a menu of classic and creative anticuchos (appetizers) and tiraditos (raw fish dishes).
