I had heard some not so great reviews on this place, but Daniel is amazing so I went anyway. I don't know what the heck people were saying. The atmosphere is great, the food was cooked perfectly and the service was fine. Dessert was delicious as well. I'll head back soon.

The meal at Bar Boulud was clearly not bad experience. I'll just tell you I'm a monstrous foodie. How to begin? Recently, on a business trip I visited Bar Boulud in NY. I am orginally from Tokyo although have actually been to N.Y. a considerable number of occasions. My spouse and I enjoy the uniqueness of places to eat. I found Bar Boulud as stylish all the way, from the design through the appearance. The staff at this particular restaurant was so great!The dining room is modern and somewhat lovely. The vibe was superb. The quality as well as quantity of food was basically good. Even though no serious issues. From the Two starters & 2 entrees we ordered, I would personally say 3 as excellent & just one as very okay My wife and I had a good evening! So refreshing as there are so many New York City places to eat that are poor. Also was to experience a NYC eating place not having an excessive amount attitude. I'm a enormous lover of the place. We will be back again soon.
